Join us as we explore Therapeutic Alignment, bringing attention to underlying anatomical structures and functions to better understand the how and why of each movement. To awaken the subtle body, we incorporate pranayama, meditation, and mantra. Alongside the practices, there is space to slow down, be present, and reconnect with your essence.
